at the 92nd Annual Meeting
Hartford, Conn. (March 16, 2017) — United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut Wednesday hosted its 92nd Annual Meeting and Presentation of the 2016 Community Service Award.
United Way recognized Wayne S. Rawlins, MD, MBA, ConnectiCare, Inc. & Affiliates, and Janet Flagg, CT VA Healthcare System, with the 2016 Community Service Award, the organization’s highest volunteer honor. Dr. Rawlins is a former United Way Board Chair. Flagg is a founding member of the United Way Women’s Leadership Council. Dr. Rawlins and Flagg are only the second couple to be honored with the award.
