United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut received $260,000 from Eversource Energy

United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut received $260,000 in funding from Eversource Energy. The contribution is part of the $2.7 million total over the last year from Eversource employees and the Eversource Foundation to United Way organizations in Connecticut, Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Locally, these funds will support United Way’s work to end poverty in the 860 region by closing gaps in child literacy, wages, housing and life expectancy.
