Mission United

Mission United – Get Involved this Veterans Day!

United Way MISSION UNITED™ is a national initiative that supports local veterans, active duty service members and their families by helping them get the services they need.

Local United Ways, together with our network of partners and volunteers, do this by providing opportunities for individuals and families to achieve financial security, have access to quality health care and have their most basic of needs (such as food and shelter) met.

Get involved leading up to Veterans Day by contributing your dollars or time to local veterans, active duty service members and their families.

Donate below to provide a kit to a veteran experiencing homelessness. Kits will be distributed through United Way-supported programs.

Letters will be distributed to active military and/or veterans at United Way community partner agencies throughout Greater Hartford.

Please Phil Blonski at pblonski@unitedwayinc.org or (860) 493-1132 for information about letter distribution.

Volunteer (Groups): Many of our community partners work with local veterans, active duty service members and their families. Support them today by donating your time this Fall and Winter!
