We want to engage with you year-round to create strategic opportunities for your employees to give of their time, talent and treasure.

Workplace Campaign: During workplace campaigns, employees have the opportunities to give directly to United Way and other causes that they care about. United Way provides multiple ways to give, including payroll deduction. Our team will work with you to build a campaign that engages employees and builds teamwork and morale by making giving impactful and fun.

Cause Marketing: Do you have a special interest in one of United Way’s focus areas? Whether it is youth success, family financial stability, access to health or basic needs, we can work with you to launch a cause specific fundraising campaign.

Sponsorship: Looking for more visibility? United Way offers several signature events throughout the year that can help raise your company profile while doing good for the community.

Volunteer Engagement: United Way has an extensive offering of volunteer opportunities. Whether employees are looking for a team building project for a full or half day, an ongoing community based opportunity or a chance to join a board or committee, we have it covered.

Membership Groups: United Way’s three membership groups, Women of Tocqueville, Emerging Leaders Society and Women United create great opportunities for professional development, networking and impact.

1. Set-up an introductory meeting by contacting Maura Cook at mcook@unitedwayinc.org. During the meeting, our staff will work with you to ensure we understand your goals and can create a unique and strategic plan for you.
2. United Way will create and present a customized plan that includes opportunities for employees to give and volunteer throughout the year.
